Why crap on Franchina. He was a good, hard working player that shut out some great players in his time.

Franchina tried hard but would have struggled to make an AFL top 200 list when at his best. He did a few great tagging jobs early in his career but really lacked talent.

If you think he was worthy of a rap usually reserved for a top 5 draft pick good luck to you.
