i have 4 trades left. what should i do??

if he is going to come back and straight away start playing better than he was before surgery i think i'll keep him but i need that guarantee and how long is he out for? i heard 2 more weeks after tonight's match.

i have lachie hansen and jake edwards on the emergencies who both played this week. if i click on both of them to be emergency rather than putting one on the ground, does it count the higher score? i think it used to count the lower score but i think now this year they may be counting the higher one? anyone got any idea??

Well you won't get any guarantees. Unless you've got a wad of cash I'd keep him given the options at that price. He does tend to come good in the back half. As far as the emergencies go it's the lower score that counts.

OK...
1 It is the lower score...even this year
2 There is no such thing as a guarantee. He could come back a superstar or a hack. There are 2 key things that you can never guarantee - Injuries and Form (except maybe Ablett most games:D)
3 How long is he out for? Anybody's guess as I have 'heard' just about everything. You need to assume that the 2 weeks is accurate and if you choose to jump of him wait till final teams are out on Friday. If Macca's not playing he isn't losing value. If Hansen and/or Edwards get a run great.

Good luck:thumbsu:

should be back this week for those who kept him

ADELAIDE champion Andrew McLeod is set to return from a knee injury to face Port Adelaide on Sunday, giving the club a much-needed boost. As the Crows came to terms yesterday with a season-ending knee injury to Brett Burton and another shoulder dislocation for Jason Porplyzia, McLeod took a major step towards a comeback

Good news indeed! Yipeee!! :D

McLeod is no certainty this week.

Different websites reporting different stories.

Will all depend on how he trains this week by the sounds of things.

McLeod a likely starter for Crows

THE CROWS are poised to regain superstar Andrew McLeod for the all-important Showdown XXV at AAMI Stadium on Sunday.
McLeod, who underwent arthroscopic knee surgery three weeks ago, trained freely at Thursday’s main training session and, provided he recovers well, will be a certain-starter for the clash with Port Adelaide.
Small forward Richard Douglas trained alongside McLeod in attack on Thursday and said he expected the All-Australian captain to return.

Looks like im finally starting to overcome my backline woes.:D

This may sound ridiculous, but with Cornes pulling out im considering trading IN McLeod. High risk, but he is most likely out of alternatives to produce 100+ scores
I havent followed McLeod's season closely. Is this just stupidity?

Im in the same boat as you mate...very tempted to bring him in as i have to get rid of Cornes. Is there anyone else i should be considering in the $380k price range?? Any help would be greatly appreciated...

hes been stinking up my team the whole year so i might as well keep him because that will be too cruel if i get rid of him then he comes good

I am in the same boat with Cornes. (I have $33900 + 3 trades)

My backs: Newman, Gilbee, Bock, Mattner, Shaw, McPhee, CORNES, (Myers, Proud)

Possible Options I have found without knowing your existing backline:

Mcleod $352800
Guerra $383200
Birchall $365700
McPhee $367400

Risky:

Malceski? $369900
Kenelly? $363300
McPharlin $345100
Massie? $354100
Scarlett? $313400
A. Welsh $349000

Or wait a week for these players to drop in $$:

P Burgoyne $434100 (BE136)
Drummond $445300 (BE113)
Fletcher $440200 (BE102)

Think that covers most options...let me know peoples thoughts?:thumbsu:
