Me or Gary?

With Geelong bringing out our team of the century, the big question is who will be full forward - Gary Ablett or myself? Many people have asked me my view on this and i am prepared to step aside and let Gazza take the glamour spot, because it was pretty much his only position, whereas with me you could play me anywhere and still witness the same degree of wizardry. Of course, it could also come down to who do you put in the ruck - Polly Farmer or me? I don't envy the selection comittee....

By the way, i am still baffled by my omission from the Men for all Seasons calendar. I sent them my photo with plenty of time for publication, but it still didn't appear. it was a picture of me lying on a couch wearing nothing but my y-fronts and black socks. Perhaps it will appear in next year's issue.

As for the Men Of All Seasons calendar, they didn't have a wide angle lens.

Hi Catman,

Thanks for the encouragement, it's really good to hear from my fans once in a while. I know Geelong supporters have gone through some frustrating times, but with the emergence of fine young players like Scarlett, Corrigan and Lowther, our next premiership could come a lot sooner than you think!

While i have your attention i would just like to clear the air about the trade rumours circulating of a straight swap of myself and Matthew Lloyd. I can assure cat fans that it is NOT true and that i will play out my career at Geelong. Why would i leave now when the captaincy is just around the corner? Also, i could never disappoint my loyal legion of fans like that.
