should be a cracker imo..this is a real danger game for the dees, seeing freo has hit some form and played real well today, pav & farmer must be stopped. though melbourne should get on top in the last after the first nail-biting 3 quarters & come out 14 point winners. possible match-ups,predictions?

No really a 'danger' game for the dee's. If you lose it won't affect your spot in the top 4 being two games clear of 5th. Even if your eyeing off 2nd spot, that can still be achieved later in the year against the Eagles.

On the other hand, if we lose, we'll fall out of the top 8.

It'll be interesting to see where McPharlin lines up. I'd start him on Dunn,
I wish Grover wasn't injured, he's a great matchup for Robbo, and an option for Neitz.

Neitz will once again prove our hardest matchup, with anyone from Parker, Johnson and McPharlin likely to lineup against him.

i think you will find davey is to quick for anyone! ;)

i think if our midfield does well again we will win the game. I hope j carr is on fire again! something special happens when he plays good and stars to get alot of contested ball!

Why parker isn't being named in any of these match-ups is a mystery to me. The human glove would be best suited to blanketing Robbo, but i reckon he'll get stuck with Neitz. Agree that Roger should take Davey.

Suffice to say, our undermanned defence will have to be at its best to keep the Dees forwards quiet, but the real battle will be won and lost in the midfield.
