I don't know, in a good solid defensive unit Iain Fyfe will be a good pairing with Robert Cornthwaite with Jamison and Mullen on the flanks. Don't forget that Ognenovski in Brisbane wasn't nearly the same player as he was in Adelaide. He had this reputation of being a hot head who did stupid things. But this year with Adelaude United he has shown brilliant skills via Asia and how classie he is as a defender, Fyfe can do the same thing.
AUFC need to obtain 2 or 3 guality strikers who can create there own goal (unlike Cristiano) and stay on the park (unlike Agostino).
After what I saw last night and how Thompson did bugger all, Daniel Mullen could easily play CB next year.
The kid looked good. AUFC won't have him for long.
So i guess that's another option to help cover Ogga lost.

He didnt cheat and quite frankly im sick of hearing it. no offence meant though. He is just a useless attention seeking "referee" who should never EVER be allowed to officiate a game ever again. Neither Cristiano nor Allsopp shouldve been sent off, although you could make a case for Danny earlier on. He just cant handle that no one wants to watch him so he has to do something outrageous whether it ruins the game or not.
We were great last night, thats what makes it so hard to take. Salley played his best 2 games in his last 2, Travis stepped up and played a captains game, first good one in a month atleast, our defence was rock solid and Eugene made 1 mistake all night.
As for next year, as mentioned Mullen showed he is more than capable of playing in the middle, with either Flakes or Fyfe supporting him. Marrone to RB to push Alemao further forward and another attacking midfield to cover Diego and allow Reid to screen the back 4 as he did so well this year. Oh and did I mention a couple a GOOD STRIKERS, not just goal poachers.
