In a revelation suggesting that current Blues chief executive Michael Malouf might be replaced, Costa said Pratt had inquired about Cook's availability. The Blues are believed to be considering other prospective chief executives.

Tank! Look, I love the idea of securing a couple more of the finest kids in land, I really do, but I don't think I can stand another season propping up the ladder. I'm with Blue Dawn. Time our kids learned how to win. All this losing and negativity associated with Carlton must be hard for the youngens to take. Time to breed confidence in our boys and the brand.
