Our problem is we dont have enough midfielders on the field. We play to many Key Postion Players. We need at least 15 midfielders in our team every week. Ball winners, ball carriers, midfield runners, midfielders who can play in defence and play forward. In saying that you team should have 4-5 KPP, 1-2 Ruck and 15-17 Midfielders. Then we might be able to control the midfield for the whole game instead of other teams running us off our feet we it count the most.

As others have mentioned, why Schwass? He is 40 years old and has spent about 5 years out of the game. Buckley, Hird, Voss, Kouta would all make much more sense. Peter Matera, Tony Shaw or Tim Watson would be just as silly as suggesting Schwass. Scott or Bond would even be less crazy, atleast they are already employed by the club!
