what did you think of his performance on the w/e, i thought he showed a bit, led pretty well. we sure will need him at CHF come finals time

Led up well and played good i thought, if only he could kick he'd be good. Still goes for the premeditated handball too often, although it worked great in the third term. Played CHF for the whole game, apart from a 5 min spell in the goalsquare where he took a good grab on the lead. Considering we have played with PIckett and Dunn as makeshift chf's this year Miller could be a real key if he can play as well as he did yesterday

He'll continue to improve, happy with his game. Alot more confident in the way he plays, can't help but get excited when he takes a good grab and dish it off to a speedy player on the run, would have loved it if he kicked that goal!

I'm just wondering...Is it possible to play him out of the square at all?

Yeah I loved his performance. The handballing is not that bad as it keeps the ball moving and does not clog up the forward line (as you saw Neitz had plenty of space). We need him playing there in September so just leave him there for the rest of the season. Don't move him down back, just let him lead and mark. Only thing is I would like to see him convert his set shots when in range, but overall a very promising performance. He gets my thumbs up :thumbsu:

When he took on the man on the mark I think he showed a little more creativity in his game compared to the usual lead up mark dish off. He also got himself into positions to have shots at goal without clogging up space.
Really liked his game and he should stay there for the rest of the year.

Did you see in the last quarter jeff white marked on half forward flank and opted for the goal square and miller had some how found some space and was yelling so loud i could actually hear it from the stands. He was so ****ed off and we were 40 points up haha. My thoughts on Miller, his confidence grew as the game did. Its the best structurly we have looked across half forward this year. Keep it up frosty....

The handballing wouldn't be as bad if there was any chance he'd do something else. If you scouted him you'd have him done over because he does the same thing every time he gets the ball. Even when there's a man on inside 50 he doesn't want to kick it at them.

its all about confidence - now that the game on sunday gave him a bit of a lift, he may start backing himself.

Wish he could kick straight for goal.

confirmed my belief that as long as he learns to kick he will play Neitzs role when he retires, except he will play up the field for a bit longer. He took a great grab on the lead from FF under pressure in the last term, missed the goal but a good grab anyway
