Yes I've had a 2 second one as well. It's pure luck.I've had 2 seconds on Beginner. It might sound hard to believe but it's less due to quick thinking than it is getting the ideal setup and first click. Just sit there clicking away at the non-cleared sections and sometimes most of the screen will clear leaving only a few clicks to finish. Could be the 1 in a 1000 attempts that gets that time.
Screenshots aren't worth much as they can be shopped.
I think back when I played it way too much I got my scores down to something like-
Beginner - 4
Intermediate - 38
Expert - 118
If I ever play, which I don't really anymore now that I don't have boring College classes to bludge in, I only ever do intermediate.Graphics 92% - The restrained cubism my be off-putting for the luddites, but most will appreciate the games own unique visual style for what it is.
Sound 97% - Although the game technically may have no audio output, the game invites you via psychological cues to fill in the silence with your own imaginary interpretations, playing off of your psyche and inhibitions, creating a unique experience of each player. A brave and remarkable feat.
Gameplay 95% - look to be honest I don't even know what gameplay is really so I won't put a joke in here
Lastability 99% - Each round is short, usually measured in seconds rather than hours, but the infinite array of unique maps ensure you'll never play the same level twice, keeping things fresh no matter whether it's your first of one-hundred-and-first playthrough
Overall 97% - An absolute tour de force of abstract storytelling. It's premise is initially simplistic, as is its one-button control mechanic. This minimalist approach proves to be a masterstroke, however; each context-sensitive click can potentially defuse or detonate one of the 'bombs' (clearly an allegory for the player's own inner demons). Over time, you'll come to identify with the titular Minesweeper - his struggles become your own, every decision reflects an aspect of your personality that, deep down, you might have suspected always existed, but would have never dared acknowledge. Along with Flower and Heavy Rain, miss this at your own peril.
