So as an interested poster.

I want to know from the committee.

Did you make a sub group that left other committee members or the ADMIN out of the discussion.

Is that accusation true or not?

What difference does it make?

Take a deep breath and consider this question.

The committee is still discussing expansion. They've just chosen to monitor the expansion bids without certain conflicts of interest involved, such as club representatives involved in committee bids who were asked to step aside but didn't (and there are some, not all, that feel like the admin has come in with a pre-conceived legacy move pertaining to expansion). All official duties still take place within the committee room. There is a PM for free thought without concern committee views will make their way back to the bids (purposely or not, it is still unfair information for one bid to have access to and the other to not).

Have you got anyone from the Wonders in this 'nothing to worry about sub committee'?

The whole discussion must be public

So some in the committee think only their personal/team view matters and those they know agree with them, and other teams don't matter. Mainly a team where it is known some (not all) of their LG is in favour of expansion.
One of the committee reps is involved in the expansion process and therefore can't be an unbiased representative for the club.

Yet he refuses to step down.

Nope.

Some members of the committee suggested your committee member should step aside and he chose not to as is his choice. So somebody started a PM so that our information wasn't being fed, even as a second hand fragment, to one of those bids.

We don't need to have everyone there - it doesn't change anything at all. If the Wonders are set on voting yes undoubtedly, then the discussion has no bearing on them.

That shouldn't preclude the Wonders from being involved.

The whole league should have been told about this the moment it happened and The Wonders should have been given the opportunity to elect a representative to voice their opinion and vote according to the clubs view.

As it stands the expansion vote is in the hands of 11 clubs instead of 12 which goes against everything the committee is supposed to represent

Wait. Are you saying the Wonders no longer get a vote on the issue of expansion in the Committee?

The vote is still in the hands of 12 clubs. We've already been told one of those clubs is voting for expansion and that's before the bids were even seen so who is showing the bias? Certainly not the committee. If anything the problem is that we feel we have to take a private forum conversation even more private to remove bias.

******* Disgraceful

No Wonder our representative has said its been pretty quiet in there with little info passed to us.

I worry less about what Ant Bear will do to this comp, but now worry about a few who think they are the Sweet F.A.
I guarantee without it being broken by manangatang, these expansion bids would have been pushed through regardless.
