It happened in the thread where Mcchawk said mid-thread that any Essendon fans who posted in his thread accepted his bet that the Hawks would finish higher than the Bombers in 2010.

More than happy to admit that I posted in the thread after his comment, but that's my right as a BF member. I actually posted saying I wasn't accepting the bet, but I'm happy to let anyone take my word against Mcchawk's. Or Mchawk's, since Mcchawk is permanently banned and unable to answer your post.
