i just played an hour pretty much lag free

until i got to hardat - that map always seems to be a laggy cluster**** for me

What console are you using? I'm on ps3 and never get lag...only time is when it migrates to a terribad host which is rare.

What's the Coop like in this? Thought MW2's coop was pretty decent.

The game is pretty stale.

If you're looking for good coop I would recommend 'Rainbow Six Vegas:2' or the new 'Ghost Recon: Future Soldier'. RSV:2 is an oldie but a goodie in my opinion and i'm yet to play Future Soldier but from what I hear it's good.

I guess it depends whether you're wanting coop online or offline.

It's basically of the same level. There's also a survival mode on the multiplayer maps that's very fun.

But don't go buying the game JUST for the co-op, definitely not worth that.

There's plenty of other very decent co-op games that offer far more value in other parts of the game than COD.

The M16 is terrible, if you want a three round burst gun use the type 95. It's almost OP.

Every CoD has had its shit guns.

Hate the D eagle is mw3...In mw2 I used to only play hardcore snd. I used to use the MP5K (FMJ) for close to medium quarters then I was able to snipe long range with the D eagle...MW3's d eagle just gives hit markers sigh =[

Portal 2 is a really smart implementation of co-op that isn't just action, action, action and requires real teamwork.

Uncharted 3 has a great batch of co-op modes along with the usual extremely fun single player.

Resistance 3 has a campaign co-op, the campaign is very good too.

Even for something different but still FPS, The Darkness 2 has a co-op mode based around interesting powers and a fantastic single player.

All but Darkness 2 are both offline and online co-op.

any/all guns can be used well imo....i mean half my stats in mw2 are with a usp.45 pistol and i used to smash games all the time with it!

in cod4 people used to say how shit the skorpion was but i used to run around with it all the time and racked up some of my highest ever kill totals with it (mid 50 kill standard tdm games without all the bs overpowered killstreaks brought in since). close range it was an absolute MONSTER!
it's all a matter of how you tackle playing with them and what suits your natural aiming.

regardless of all of that the point i was trying to make is that guns actually work in those particular titles....bullets exist!

What's so special about the p90 to you in this game?

i've loved the p90 since cod4 when it was easily my most used gun/most fun for me to use.

basically any game that has the p90 since unlocking i just use it as it suits my rushing style and has a nice solid clip and has always been good with a silencer.
in army of 2: the 40th day i had the most epic pimped up (you can customise your gun with diamonds and everything) p90 ever lol

basically it's just my fav gun and since it works and i have fun with it i don't really bother changing.

P90 in cod4 back before cod5 was released was one of the most used guns I would say. Massive clip and high rate of fire.

F2000 in MW2 is alright, have gotten plenty of good games with it.

It is OK, but vastly inferior to the majority of the other Assaults.

Personally I think the MP7 and PP90 are superior guns to the P90 in MW3. The PP90 has no rival up close and the MP7 has the range of an assault rifle.
