Been away for a few weeks with some personal issues but if he wants to be on our list he needs to get his act together (Not refering to personal issues) He played really well later on in the year as a winger didnt really get a chance on the wing to continue that though. A real shame that he has struggled under Hardwick i dont think any one would have guess we would be talking about his spot on the list 18 months ago as he used to be one of our best players. I personaly think he should be tryed in the role Hislop has been playing over the last two weeks and what Helbig played earyier in the season a high leading foward who helps put pressure on defenders. Is out of contract at seasons end and i think he has a decent trade value for some one who is now a fringe player. King and Nahas have taken over the small foward roles.

So were do you think Morton is at, will he be on our list in a year?

Discuss.

is a very good player when up and goin and easily in our best 18. But needs to work hard defensively and if he recaptures that form late last season will continue to be a valuable player at the rfc.

potential trade bait otherwise.

Yes well said;) If Morton can recapture his form, take his defensive side of his game to the next level can be a very handy outside hforward, or tagger as he showed. I personally rate him & would give him another contract (2year) time to settle to his new role . He is also proven goal kicker.
My question to all is . "HAS ANYONE HEARD ANYTHING REGARDING TROY TAYLOR!!.
He has so much talent, would be ashame to see it wasted....

His brother Cale is just as 'enigmatic' at the Dee's. To be honest a lot of MFC fans would be happy to see him go. I find it interesting that Mitch has struggled under a Dimma who strikes me as a no nonsense, no excuses type coach. Apparently they left WA in sour circumstances too, bit too much drama surrounding these two guy, especially considering they really haven't done much. Send them up to GWS as a pair for first round draft picks IMO.
