As I don't know how the other guys have been going I can't really comment on them, however I think that Jaymie Graham (WCE) will make inroads this year and establish himself in our side.

I'd like to think Travis Varcoe will be the most improved 2-4 year player in the comp. Hopefully he'll get a full pre-season and not get any more injuries and show us all what he can do.

It's funny how Murph has been included on the list when he has played only 1/2 a season. Just goes to show what an extreme talent he is. Just can't wait until Murph and Gibbs lineup in round 1. Going to be great for all footy fans watching 2 elites like these, develop in the one side. A new era.

Buddy Franklin is by far the standout talent of that lot (not disrespecting the rest) and was shocked to see roughead leading in the poll. Franklin will only get better and better and should have been taken at least top 2 minimum in 04 draft let alone at 1. His upside is just enormous and his potential seems unlimited. The Next Big Thing IMO.

Out of that group, Roughead will improve the most because he hasnt done anything to start with. Its hard for players like Cooney, Deledio, Polo, Pearce, Murphy to improve when they have already done a fair bit of great work.

Just as I thought, because Polo played a good game on debut he's already pretty much a superstar.

Polo 17 games as a 20 year old midfielder.

There wouldn't be a club in the competition that would take Polo ahead of Roughead.

It always comes from a relatively unknown player. All those listed have shown something at AFL level, but the most improved players are those that go from second's/fringe to regular first team player.
