He hasnt fired a shot in how many years ??
No different to many other riders there. Mechanical issues aside, he's looked better this year I thought he might have.

Mechanical and falling off ??

He's not upto it anymore.
5th in the US a fer rounds ago not a good ride? Points finishes in the first two races.

He's come off twice this year. In the Spain sprint and at Qatar. And it's a bit rough to blame him for mechanical issues.

Not blaming him for mechanicals at all.

I just think theres too much talent in Moto2, including a fast rising Aussie, for him to have spent the best part of 18 months in nowhere land.

I like Jack, hes a super bloke with a great personality and knowledge of the sport. But everyones time comes.

Would you retire in his position?

I honestly dont think he's far away from it.

Its tough on a Yamaha most weeks, and getting inside the 10 isnt going to happen most of the time. Does he want to ride around midfield or the back end of the points ?? I dont think he does.

The question then is, does he want to go to WSBK ??

I think he wants a seat for as long as someone will have him. He probably could have gone to Superbikes at the end of last year.

It's one thing if MMarquez is better than him. But there is no chance in hell that AMarquez is better than Bagnaia. If Pecco doesn't finish at least a comfortable 2nd to MMarquez this season, I'll think something dodgy is going on at Ducati.

Wtf happened to Yamaha??? How did they pull off a pole form nowhere???

Err..well...to lighten the mood a bit. Hey Cats_R_Cool_4_Ever just a little win for ya.

Yesterday morning, in the "soccer", the Champions League semi final, Inter Milan beat Barcelona to make the final.

Valentino Rossi goes for Inter Milan and Marc Marquez goes for Barcelona!

I think it's time for Jack to retire

Jack's 30 years old. Way premature to retire yet.

He is just a placeholder at Yamaha though. All the outstanding Moto2 talent was taken so they went with Jack's experience to help fast track development to appear Fabio. And that is proving worthwhile. But I'd expect them to go for young talent next year but maybe he can keep his spot against Rins or Miguel.

5th earlier in this year, running 7th last round before Morbo antics and a mechanical cost him, he still has some ammo left.

Not an Alex Marquez fan but he's very good, won two world titles for a reason. Always been a slow burn - especially compared to his brother. He's finally figured MotoGP out and performing very well.

Everyone (including me) thought Maverick to KTM was a big mistake - probably for both parties - but credit to him, he's looking the best he has in years, clearly leading the way for KTM.

Also, Aldeguer proving Ducati were right to sign him up even with his disappointing Moto2 season last year. The kid looks a star!

I think their needs to be a bit of a change to the rules, it's fairly embarrassing to have most of the field serving double long laps.

Props to Zarco though, what a win
