Well well, Rucci is the epitome of the old saying "Never let the truth get in the way of a good story"

In some of his recent articles he has made glaring mistakes that the Advertiser obviously turn a blind eye to.

Unless he is the footy opinion piece writer, there are no excuses for his shoddy writing.



The last few mistakes I can remember

• The Hendo dive story
• The Crows have beaten a top 4 side for the first time in 2 years (written on Saturday)
• The Power missing out on 11 million in stadium returns (the breakup was approx: SANFL 11m, Crows 11m, Power 7.5m - not sure how the power are missing out on 11m)

I don't read enough Power articles, but I am sure they are just as error riddled, which is poor for a Chief Football Writer !!


I notice in todays paper he has the knives out for the power, convenient rev up for the power.

Wow... what a sad excuse for a human being... he really would have to live a miserable existence to pick on a young lad just starting the game.

Rucci clearly has no knowledge of the game. If he bothered to watch the replay of the situation, Henderson clearly trips up and doesn't dive. His momentum was going to his left and as he was going that way his feet are taken out from under him accidentally by the player behind him. Pretty simple explanation for someone that knows the game to understand. But I guess that clearly excludes Rucci.
