He may be guilty of being a self righteous hypocritical campaigner of a man. But he did nothing here, being dismissed shows the MRP actually are doing there job properly and watched the video and not a 0.01 screen shot.

Perhaps we will agree to disagree on this one, but what was his intent? Looking for his car keys, stashed his purse down there? To me it was a dog act, regardless of force. Hard to argue it was accidental contact.

If you were going to argue for a report on it, what would you say it was reportable for? Being a "dog act" isn't enough, what's illegal about the contact? I think the MRP got this one right after watching the video.

Neither am I. One shouldn't put one's hand between another's legs, it's just not good form. And it's not like it was definitely accidental, play was off. That's what makes me think he was trying for the ol' Hopoate but missed... Almost wish he'd really done it and got time.
