I know its a bit late but everytime i go there i notice something different but this time after back to back games there were a couple of stand outs.

At 1/4 1/2 amd 3/4 time the highlights of the quarter are played on the big screen, well that is the highlights according to the home team - they don't show anything from the opposition.

Some tool tries to get involved in chit chat with people along the fence - very dangerous at Port game - very boring at Crows game.

But the best was the annoucement at half time and the following message on the scoreboard warning patrons to be carefull when standing up as the seats are folding seats.. I guess that means make sure you put the seat down again when you sit down.

Ah Adelaide .... don't ya love it.

I think they only say that at Port games because all the lunatics that support them have a short memory span and forget.

They also had a message on the scoreboard and PA anouncement for patron's to have there concession cards ready to get access into the ground. The only problem was that they had to be in the ground in order to hear it.

What I hate about AAMI is that you can't take a beer back to you seat.

"Sorry but you must drink that at the bar"

What the?

You obviously went to neither

AAMI's just like a mini Waverley - nothing wrong with it.

Hi Froars how ya going?

You are right it is like a mini waverley. It is a stadium built in the 70's with no money spent on it since for except for the scoreboards. generally speaking the facilities are pretty poor.

Sat in the members for the port game and the outer for the crows game. Both fairly poor.

Let alone the hassle of getting to the ground - if you don't catch a cab you are in strife.

totally. if you want to feel like you are a minority citizen, barrack for a non adelaide team at aami stadium. i was in the new 'northen balcony', and it wasnt too bad, but yeah it has a bit of waverley about it. if i had been as high up as i was at the g, i would have been twice as close to the action.
