I've been silently with you on the Dusty thing. I started Zorko instead (was a big POD at the time) and didn't go Dusty when Danger went down like everyone else. When his concussion brought him down to 400K odd (and with the state of the forwards this year) i finally relented.

I was very tempted myself, even posting him up in some trade threads. I just couldn’t do it tho. Nor Titch.

It might not be enough to win me the $50k, but it's been a hell of a team to get me to 25th overall.

Complete for now, with some trades in hand for injuries and hopefully a luxury upgrade or two later on.

Taranto is averaging 101. At the start of the season everyone was saying finishing the year with him averaging 90 at M8 was a good result. I actually reckon he’s looked okay the last could of weeks. He’s a warm body. Can always sideways later if you wish.

I won't have the trades left to sideways him. Definitely stuck with him at M8. I had a lot of injuries early on and a couple mistakes.

You're right, he's fine at M8. He's averaging the same as Brayshaw who is many people's M8.

But at the start of the year I don't think people would've predicted the mids would be this good. Bont career year, Parish career year, Lyons career year, Guthrie career year, Touk career year, Walsh career year. Oliver, Steele backed up last year. Kelly, Titch, Zerrett rounding into form. Neale who knows.

All those names are in top 8 discussions or bordering on it. So many options.

Thanks friend. It may pedantic, but I'm gonna keep the number of trades under wraps for now given my position (just in case). A ruck/fwd would indeed be handy, so I'll keep an eye out over the next few weeks.

Cheers. There were still some definite errors (starting Clark, Phillips, Neale + bringing in Heeney for two scores under 55 for instance), but I've managed to just about nail every premo trade in so far in terms of value for output (touch wood that continues this week).
