...But Carlton will be a good show against Hawthorn - Hawthorn almost lost to Melbourne the other week, and Carlton always take the pre-season seriously.

Whilst meeting Carlton in any type of GF is a mouth watering prospect for any Collingwood supporter, I would prefer to play Geelong who we seem to match up with very well.
What are the prices to go to these games?
I assume that you mean that Collingwood can "win this" instead of "we this." Regardless, it is ridiculous to overlook that Collingwood have to win first. Not only did Hawthorn lose to Carlton this morning, but the results of both of next weeks semi's decides which teams play in the NAB Cup Grand Final, and not just the second one. Being firm favourites doesn't guarantee a spot in the Grand Final. It's going to be corker, Pies v Cats or Hwks. We can we this!
Not to mention that Welsh was on fire for Essendon that day, whereas this time he won't be playing, plus Essendon have looked crap for the last two weeks... They've just been lucky to scrape through against even worse teams.Collingwood have to beat Essendon first, and the last time these two teams played each other was horrible. Of course Collingwood were flat and in a form slump at the time, but nothing is assured in footy of course, and if Essendon decides to take the game more on as they did last time, then they will be better than the horrible performance that was seen against an undermanned Brisbane.
