NAB Cup/Practice match team

Maybe a bit early for this one, but this is what I would like to see in the pre-season games next year:
- Neita and Whitey are rested until Round 1
- PJ and Jamar share rucking duties (I would start PJ forward and have Jamar doing most of the rucking whilst PJ can roam the forwardline a bit)
- Carroll, Rivers and Ferguson as our three talls down back and hopefully it stays that way for the next few years
- Beamer, Brock and Col are the starting three in the centre square each match
- Bell to be given a few tagging jobs
- Bate, Dunn, Newton and Jones all to be given a game
Your thoughts?

Yeah agree. No point in going for wins in the pre-season cup. I'd rather rest the old guys and give the "youngins" a run.

Interesting point about Captaincy if Neita,Yze and White are rested as Daniher has said.

Who would it be? It would be either Robbo, Johnno, Bruce or Green right?

Interesting move. I'd probably have CJ starting before him and Wheatley instead of Jones but most players will get a run anyway.
On Robbo at FF though, there's one thing I don't want to happen next year, and that is we become too Robbo-concious going forward. He is a very good player but I'd rather PJ at FF and see how he goes because Robbo is great but as the 2nd or 3rd target he would be even more dangerous.

Agree with Davey_Magik, we'll never win a GF with Robbo as our FF or Dominant forward.

Not sure about Miller as Skip. Maybe in a few years, but not whilst he's still relatively young and trying to knock people heads off rather than watching the ball. I'd rather robbo as captain.
