Graham is going okay. We can be a little patient with our Rucks.

I think we should be getting at least one pick in the 10-14 range just due to the bias emerging in the draft order represents great value for some types. I am not sure the draft order but if we can't get the player we want in 10-15 if Lycett is value it wouldn't be a bad outcome. I like his mobility.

I wouldn't be chasing ruckman though unless someone is an absolute standout, And i mean a total freak that makes NN and Kruezuer etc or Sandy look like kid amateurs. There are plenty of options wth rucks, eg. Fraser later or one of North Melbournes in coming years when they get cheaper as they finish uo.

We have Vickery and Graham and Brown are playing their roles in our developing teams . They should only be encouraged. We have far bigger structural problems in our list than our ruck stocks ATM IMO

Been a long year for Graham and still isn't quite ready for full year of #1 Ruckman duties. He will continue to work on his tank over pre-season and hopefully can last the full season in 2011. Needs Vickery to come on and ease the workload..
Gus has had a good year!

totally agree with that - I think Angus was on is last legs in that game - looked totally out of fuel this year. Has had to carry ruck duties almost on his own for 3/4's of the season and did a great job considering.

Does underline our need to a "ready to go" ruckman, would be the only thing i would trade vaguely "hard" for.

If we can get that, then get a bit more strength into Post, Griff & Vickery - all of a sudden we have ruck depth and 3 more key position options to help Jack:thumbsu:

Any good ruckman up for grabs this off-season?

Hi there tigers supporters. Saints have this great ruckman you could trade for Naha's , Adam Pattison is his name. :D

WTF, Adam Pattison trade for Robin Nahas only??? I was expecting Nahas + our first round draft pick for the future Brownlow Medallist in Pattison!

He is a forward pocket player, NOT A MIDFIELDER.

That is all!

And he has kicked 13 goals in 14 games.
When he's played in the middle or on a wing, he gets less than 15 disposals every game.
When he's played in the pocket, he kicks 1 goal, maybe 2.
Players who are good for a goal or two and nothing more usually aren't worth keeping around, Hardwick even saw fit to reinvent Morton, our number 1 goalscorer from last year.
Just nowhere near the standard required, and can't afford to keep him around.
Delist/upgrade...that is all.

Poor old Patto, he tries hard. :)

Yep, you've worked him out. Great guy.

If you could put Patto's heart and brain (he's smart) into some other AFL players, you would have a lot more champions. As it is, he's making a useful AFL career despite being one of the most limited players going around.

Always will have respect from the RFC.

Patto has a massive heart and despite is limited abilities will always give you a contest.

Interesting though ive met him a couple times though my line of work being a Crowd Controller I worked at a club in Melbourne called Club Retro, when I first met him he was very very polite and generously took a couple of photos with me, always used to let him in as soon as he arived with a couple of friends and was a smoker also.

On the other hand Jarred Waite was quite a regular there and was quite a arrogant piece of **** along with all of other scum buddies he used to bring in with him.

Sent him to the back of the line many times :D.
