Hes looking a real solid FB this year, didnt too that well last night but he'll only get better and added to the fact that hes quite quick and good in the air, is a good prospect for this year.

nicholson got some unfair treatment from the umpires/merret at stages but he really just doesn't look to be able to outmuscle really strong players....and merrett is only young! even though, by looking at him, he looks huge does nicholson

Warnock was caught out on occasions but did a few good things and I was quite pleased. Not enough to challenge Carroll/Rivers/Fergy yet though

I thought Carrol was okay yesterday. I like the way he makes his decisions. For example, if he thinks he can get to the ball first he's quite happy to run off his man and try and get it.
I think this is a very important part of football. You must have good awareness of where you are compared to your direct opponent and the ball. I think he does this well. Sure, he made the odd mistake, but that'll improve with time.
Great hair and beard too.

Hey guys, congrats on the win last night, probably should have been by a few goals more - a few too many missed shots.

What do think Neale's view on Carroll is. A couple of times during the telecats, he made a few blues and the coach was thumping the deck, of shaking his head. One was an OOBOTF, can't remember what the other was...

But that's one hel of a mo/beard! Reckon he should grow it around a bit more and go for the ramshorn look.

I think Daniher sees him as a key part of the defence. (I hope)
The banging of the desk and swearing is just because of frustration. I don't think it had anything to do with Carrol, I'm sure he'd of done the same thing if any other player had made those mistakes.
I think he should be a certain starter not just for his football, but for his flamboyant appearance. It's worth paying the admission price just to look at him and get some fashion tips!

I really think he'll be a find for you guys this year! He is very cool when under the pump and doesn't mind taking on the opposition to find the best target. I disagree that his skills aren't up to scratch and actually rate his disposal. He often kicks it hard and flat which is what's needed a fair bit of the time in transition from down back. Someone else touched on his willingness to leave his man and help out another defender which is a great attribute to have.

He should definitley stay in the team, keep the mo and give a lot of people a laugh in 06 I seriously couldn't contain myself each time he was in camera shot!!!!!!
