Also I know people don't believe the club when it comes to this sort of thing but it's been reported as a small re-occurrence and he's had a bit of soreness, but still regarded as short term. Just putting it it here because if you read the thread it's easy to imagine his ripped his hamstring again and it doesn't sound like that's happened.

A minor setback or a bit of soreness is still a big deal if someone missed 2 years due to that injury.

is it really necessary to make a thread solely to quote someone on twitter, with information found on the collingwood website, who already posts here?

yes, im feeling grumpy.
Yes, because the other Freeman thread is like five threads below this, and the injury update thread maybe two or three... I just can't scroll down that far.

A small occurrence to an injury that isn't healing is a huge concern

The kid is still unable to get over a hamstring injury he suffered round 1 of the NAB CUP 2014.

Yeah I know, young kids career being ruined by injury. First time it's ever happened right?? :$
He is 20 years old ... Has had a couple of hammys, therefore you conclude it is ''career threatening'' and he might not make it???

Or maybe you are just impatient/pissed off our pick 10 two years ago hasn't played a game yet when other players in that draft have already played a handful

I didn't say it wasn't concerning. I'm flat as after hearing about it. But on face value there's a difference between something that is described as soreness to would could be another tear that has him put on ice for the season. It's at least something to hang our hats on.

Lol.. a couple of hammies

It was the worst hamstring injury the experts had EVER seen and 2 years later he still can't get it right

No big deal though, just a minor hammy or two

Muscles are often never quite the same after a severe injury due to the scar tissue that builds up. If he loses his explosiveness we don't really have a guy worthy of a top 10 pick.

When he keep getting Injured - YES

Don’t Like it then why Click on Thread?

Realistically probably wasnt going to get a game in the seniors this year so not a massive issue in his long term development.

Dont think we should be too worried, would be worse if he had made it back to full fitness and had redone it.

Trying to pretend this isnt seriously disappointing...
