Freeman has lost some competition for spots with Kennedy and Seedsman out the door. Id rather he stay and win a game. Don't think our depth runs deep at all anymore losing Dwyer and co too. Our vfl list will be rubbish in 2016 as it stands.

Still soft, if he wanted to be best 22 should have stayed and earned his spot.

We will never know if GWS were keen but if witts wasn't that's the end of it. Looks like we will get Treloar anyway. Pick 7 and a swap of 2016 first for second sound more than fair for a young guy midfield.

I'd love to use the future pick to help land Aish and then try and bundle 42 & 44 into a package to try and get another pick inside 30.

If we can get 20 or 21 from GWS via Blues (and keep it) we can get 2 back inside 30.

They can be our two live picks upgrade Frost with a late pick (68) then top of with delisted FAs or PSD.

Yes that would be ideal.
Using Freeman to land Aish eases the pain of the loss.
Bottom line, if we trade out pick 26 & Freeman pick (Saints 2nd round 2016) to gain Aish, whilst keeping 21 (from GWS hopefully), then it's a great result all round.
Pick 21 should get a Rioli, Gresham or Kerbatieh.
Small elusive goal sneaks with pace.

Exactly!

We're in the new world of player movement and it cuts both ways.

Just need to make the best out of bad situations and show respect to the player's wishes (just as we're asking GWS and Brisbane to do).

Future 2nd round pick and an upgrade from 68 (Coll) to 63 (StK). For mine we done the best we could, but St Kilda still has gotten the better end of the deal.

To all the St Kilda fans who whinged and carried on that they wouldn't hand over more than a 3rd round pick as he's not worth anything and is simply a cheap option you were wrong. With St Kilda offering a pricey guaranteed 3 year contract that was obvious from the start, maybe next time listen to the clear indicators of value.
