Unfortunately since Charlie kicked 2, he won't be dropped.
How did he not miss that goal in the final quarter. They are his pet misses.

Jesus who the hell did we play?

We played Werribee and won by 8 goals.I saw the 2nd half and I saw Lonergan kick about 3,but I think I only saw Nathan kick 1 or 2.We did have 10 goals in the 1st half,so maybe he kicked 4 then.

Dog kicked a couple in the 2nd half.He looked good and should play seniors next week.

I watched about 3 and a half quarters.

When we arrived Nath had one or two, and then I saw him kick 4, including two from big pack marks similar to the one he took against Freo in the Wizard Cup. We flogged Werribee, in what was a fairly low spirited praccy match, but the Cats showed alot more desperation.

When Nath got to five goals, ran to the bench and asked to be played at CHF. He didn't do much here, but had a bit of a run around. Got taken off and rested for about half a quarter and came on just before the final siren.

Lonergran was just as impressive as Nath and dominated across half forward. It was great to see these blokes drop down to the lower level and show that they are a class above. It was the most impressive I have seen Lonergran.

Stokes was BOG for mine. He was everywhere. Played on the ball, and has something special. He is alot like Byrnes, but with silkier foot skills. He was really good today, and on that performance if we have injuries to key players during the year he will play some senior football. Probably finished with about 30 possessions and a classy around the corner goal.

Wocinski was also good and won't be far away from a senior call up. Had some explosive runs and used the ball really well. Looks Hungry to get back.

Johnno was his lazy VFL self and was off and on all game. Probably bobbed up with 3 or 4, but you could tell he was told just to go and have a bit of a run around and we will see you at 2:10 next week.

Prismall and Spencer also looked good after their NAB cup expereinces, and are set to continue to knock on the senior door. I think Prismall is going to develop into a very accomplished midfielder. He was a bit of a general out their today.

It will be good to see how they go again next week. Highlights though were Nath's BIG grab in the second quarter, my mate and I jumped out of our seats and our voices echoed through the Doug Wade stand. He also contested in a 3 on 1 in the goal square in the third quarter and almost pulled down another big pack mark. He was out of position, and Peter Street looked to have it covered, then Nath just went up with sheer strength two hands on it, but spilt it on the way down.

I must say, after watching us demolish Brisbane, watching Matty Egan towel up Brown, enjoying some delightful beers tonight whilst savouring a superb Indian curry, and then finding out that Nathan kicked a bag in the seconds......a nice feeling. It's been quite an enjoyable day.

See you next week Cats, 2.10 up behind the goals.

Thanks for the info buddy. It was a great summary. After hearing about the Nathan game, I might go to the bathroom.... hehe

What depth we have!

Sounds good to me.
After a 12 goal win drop Charlie (YES PLEASE!!!!!!!!) Bring in the Dog, Lets see Ricco in for Blakie.

Cheers for the VFL summary ezbian. We appear to be an enviable position for the first time since about round 8 last year selection-wise. Very nice place to be.

I'd reckon Nath might stay in the twos a little longer and consolidate some form - our forward line is going to look very formidable indeed if he's kicking bags in the twos before he gets promoted.
