Who's started playing? In bloody Wangaratta for work, hopefully pick up a copy and get home early
 
If anyone has the solution of my dilemma between

Defending-Defending (better defending, HOF badges, worse rebounding but athletic)
Defending-Rebounding (very slightly worse defending, better rebounding)
Defending- 3pt (everything defensively drops, rely on athleticism for rebounds, but don't hurt the offence by being a paint clogger, less attribute caps)

for my PF, I am open to answers. I am experiencing an absolute crisis.

Being a stretch big in 2k17, I found it easier to dominate on the defensive end... probably best to add more offensive attributes[emoji6]

Had a little play this morning after the digital download finished. Initial impressions were that the graphics definitely looked more refined, dribbling felt more realistic. But it was only a brief play.

I loaded up my mycareer, the cut scenes are so boring ... like we get it ... he gets signed, the agent shows up .... they talk about shoes ... I feel like they have done this plot 10 times.

One thing that did annoy me is that during the load scenes it said my player was now 6'3 when I am sure I made him 6'10 in the prelude. Didnt play for long enough to see whether that was a bug and I will need to restart.

Really depends on what you are going for. In MyCareer, its usually really easy to stuff the stat sheet on defence regardless of what your attributes are. So I would be choosing either option 1 or 3.

Just realised that may have made no sense. Rebounds are very easy to get heaps of cause you can easily anticipate faster than the AI. Whereas as shooting 3s and blocking shots are more fun. So I would be choosing one of those options

I'm going for online play with my big. The defending/3pt gets about 10 less upgrades than the other two, which is where my trepidation comes from.
 
I played a little MyGM as well and it appeared like that might be more story driven as well, which seems interesting. There was a cut scene to begin showing very briefly your last game as a player, but it seemed to then be just as per usual.

Picked it up from EB Wangaratta, can't wait to get back to Melbourne now.. Might piss work off for the rest of the day.

Ratings based, or gameplay based? I thought with the dribbling mechanics that it would be easier to get to the rim.

I just keep getting blocked doing layups.. if you don't pump fake you'll get blocked every time it's really annoying

But **** these tutorials and unskippable cutscenes. Just let me play the game you campaigners. "Can't you use the auction house until you complete the silver goals" who ****in cares

This version 1.01 will take all weekend to download the way it's going. Anyway I can get around it to be able to play online?
 
let the legend edition download overnight. ****ing hell this is good. the movement just feels so ridiculously smooth. played some my team and i appreciate how the games are shorter now. plus with the schedule stuff there looks to be so much to grind away at. opened a 10 pack box with about half the vc you get from the legend edition and packed cp3 and klay.
