Anyway Magic dominating this morning. 67-49 with 2:35 left in the 1st half.

Dwight has 19 and 7. I'm willing to bet that he doesn't get over 30 for the game as the Magic just stop using him for some unknown reason.

23 pts at 3/4 time. only 7 to go :D

Magic are the only team to beat the Pistons and Celtics twice this season.
For some reason I'd rather play the Cavs in the 2nd rnd then Orlando, I think the Magic would cause us more trouble in the matchup dept then Cleveland (even though the Cavs probably have the best player in the NBA right now in LBJ)
The thought of playing Orlando in the playoffs makes me feel oddly nervous (more so then the Cavs or Pistons for some reason) ...

BTW Cassell is playing his first game for the C's today against Philly.

Boston become the first team in the NBA this season to reach 50 wins, following an easy away win over Philly :)

I have to admit though we've had a pretty easy draw, and it doesn't get any easier with an home fixture against the Sonics coming up (live on ESPN as well :D)

Still it's good to get these wins in the bank, esp as we have the toughest part of the draw coming up, and texas-showdown road trip in the west.

Mon 17 @ San Antonio 8:30pm
Tue 18 @ Houston 9:30pm
Thu 20 @ Dallas 8:00pm
Sat 22 @ New Orleans

I'd be happy if we can split that road-trip 2-2 ..

boston play in the east. east = easy draw ;) :D

nah, seriously it all equals out in the end.

Hmm, even so it does help that we get to play the likes of the Bucks more often then the pistons in the regular season (this season anyway) for some odd reason.

Still it does help that under the playoffs though, most of the west will be busy knocking the stuffing out of each other, leaving a well rested boston to be amped up for the finals :D

Nah, seriously should be a great playoff series, although I disagree with what some guy wrote on nbcsports that the west VS East seedings should be dismantled somewhat (although he does make a fair point that it's a bit crap that right now a crap team like the Nets would make the playoffs if it started tommorow, but decent sides like Portland or Golden State, wouldn't ..)

couldnt swipe the spurs 3-1 :(

oh wells.

low draft pick = win.

though, i'm starting to hope AI opts out, as he continuesly fazes out Melo on offense.
