Keon Clark? Jim Jackson?
Either way, they were deep as shit compared to most teams in that era (i.e. the era were nearly every decent team relied on one good player to carry them)

Keon Clark? Jim Jackson?
You would have beaten us, I'd imagine.
But I am sure we would have beaten San Antonio in those WCF's if Dirk didn't hurt his knee in game 3.
Karma is a bitch.

What if Jordan had been called for pushing off on Byron Russell, and the Jazz went on to win the title?
Instead of Stockton and Malone being remembered as greats who never could reach the top they'd be remembered as the one duo able to knock off Jordan's Bulls once they were in Championship mode. That is massive, especially for Malone's legacy. I doubt many would rate Duncan higher if it happened.
The inevitable 2003 Draft "What If"
What if Detroit took Carmelo at #2
Imagine the lineup of
Billups
Hamilton
Anthony
Prince
Wallace
99-00 portland up by 15 at staples center in the WCF. Lakers went on a tear and won. portland choked. imagine if they'd won, there wouldn't have been a laker 3 peat.
03-04 - malone and payton joined the lakers. malone re-injures knee in the finals, detroit win. if malone wasn't injured (throughout the year also) the lakers would've won in a tight 7 game series with the pistons.
Thats wasnt a foul, hence why it wasnt called.
Malone didnt win any titles. Duncan has what?? 3 or 4? No, just no.

Bobby Jackson, Hedo, Pollard, Keon Clark, Jimmy Jackson, Damon Jones.Exactly.
Who were the other 6 bench players? There was Turkoglu, Pollard, Bobby Jackson.... who else?

Most people don't recognise the three-peat anyway due to the hatchet job the refs did on the Kings a year later.
Kobe choked that one for you guys, he was jacking up everything. Pistons still win regardless of Malone.
major disappointment.Bobby Jackson, Hedo, Pollard, Keon Clark, Jimmy Jackson, Damon Jones.
Our second unit was better than some of the teams starters![]()
yes but had malone not gotten injured during the year he wouldve been even better schooled in the triangle. that wouldve come to the fore in the finals and we wouldve won.
if only we didnt get paytonmajor disappointment.
very nice bench. anyone remember the blazers of 99-00? they were DEEP
C: sabonis/j oneal
PF: wallace/b grant
SF: pippen/schrempf
SG: S Smith/Wells
PG: Stoudemire/Anthony
Yeah that was a ridiculously deep team, but JO was only just out of high school so it wasn't the prime or even good JO or anything.
Spurs in 04 or 05 were really deep too, their second unit was better than a lot of teams starting lineup.
Haha yes Jod.
If we kept Nash, we couldnt have signed Dampier. What if Dallas had of kept Steve Nash, Antawn Jamison and Michael finley.
Team Now
S.Nash/D.Harris(wouldn't trade for Kidd seeing already got Nash)
J.Howard/J.Terry
A.Jamison/M.Finley
D.Nowitzki/B.Bass
E.Dampier/D.Diop
Did the referee call a foul? No. So that means it wasnt a foul.
Russel didnt even complain. He knew he was beat.
