Give them time to find their best line-up i reckon. We won't see that till the second half of the season. You don't win grand finals in May.

I'd like to see them play 15 minutes of watts on Ripon, they bring caccavielo onto Ripon and follow him everywhere. I hope their centre bounce clearwnce setup is a hell of an improvement on what happened against Sea Lake, close game and bulls by 2 goals, but calder to keep improving

Yep i reckon the Birchip nullyproof game would have been better than the blues crows game to watch, must have been a high standard game

He would definitely. I’m not sold on Boort quite yet. The thing is that they have had the 3 bottom sides to start with. The next 4 games will be big for Boort. It will show if they are really up to it. I see them having to beat Wedderburn and Calder and then compete with Birchip and Sea Lake.

I’m sold. Very good win from Boort. Good to see

Have to say the early screams about league were a little jumping the gun.

Great to see 4-5 teams thereabouts. Boort now box seat for top 2 with bulls.

Well done to Boort. Would be their biggest win for several years. Wasn’t too long ago (2019) they had a winless season and suffered some terrible losses. They’ve gotten progressively better ever since and now look likely to play finals. A great effort and good result for the league in general.

Really good game of country footy by all accounts. Lions were down a man pretty much the whole game with Rocket Munro going down in the first 10 mins of the game. Hump was good in his return jagging 3.
But in the end it was the Bulls who took the chocolates... We'll put the cue in the rack now and wait for next year.

Sea Lake to get the job done but I expect the Saints to improve week on week.
Charlton will prove the better of the two and get back to 6th on the ladder
Birchip two big wins recently but the Burn are always a danger think this will be closer than might be expected
Lions to continue their improvement and keep themselves in with a Top 2 chance. Should be a cracker.
