Norwood oval is love/hate

If you're a Norwood member and get to sit in the Western stand - you'll love it. Right ontop of the oval, great views.
But if you're anyone else, you hate it.
The Southern stand is the 2nd worst in the league, only better than Prospect's members stand
The outer is the worst in the league with it being narrow, claustrophobic, fills up almost instantly and you're forced into bad areas
The field (particularly goal areas) are land mines with uneven surfaces that I'd argue is more unsafe than the western wall

Played Juniors for Norwood in the mid 80's the oval was ok until it got Muddy that mud always had a horrible smell

rather Norwood than any SANFL ground. Im biased though. Used to go there with my brother, dad and grandfather in the 80's to watch Aish and Macca.

Got ejected from Sam's disco a few times in the 80's for 'not looking too well'.

Must have been the mud.

Thebarton’s already had its naming rights sold a few times.

Off the top of my head it’s been Adelaide Airport Stadium, Aldi Arena and Guardall Security Arena in the past (though largely only called that by the Amateur League)
