GEELONG has devised a new alternative guernsey and surprise, surprise the Cats have stuck with their hoops.
They won't, however, be the traditional blue and white that so often caused confusion in games against clubs with striped uniforms.
Instead, the royal blue will be contrasted with a lighter blue and a white armholes in a guernsey with a tapered body.
Geelong members will be asked to allow the club to alter its constitution in order to introduce the new design, which already has won player approval.
