New Forum Background

In collaboration with your moderators, and shamelessly adopting the format SFgiant developed for the St Kilda forum, we are pleased to present the first version of the new Hawks forum background.

Not going to lie. Not massive on this one. It may just be that my site is set to warm but it feels a little too small. Just my opinion. Great effort though.

I was going to mention 'spectemur agendo' and perhaps losing that strip altogether but I didn't want to be too critical; they've done a better job than I have and it is good to get a forum upgrade.

Mine was pretty much close to finished - but this one looks a bit cleaner (i.e. not cobbled together by someone with photoshop on their iPhone) so I’m not remotely offended by it being overlooked.

Haha - I’ll complain about a great many things but my graphic design skills not being chosen is not one of them. I know my limits here.

I had to reduce the Firefox viewing window down to 50% to even see the background image in the first place.
