With Neita and Robbo gone. How do u think we should line up?

I reckon Green has to go back down there besides he hasn;t played a good game in the midfield for about 3 years now.

F: Davey Sylvia Dunn
HF: Yze Miller Green

Sylvia at full forward is questionable but I believe if he's going to make it as an AFL player it will be as a forward not as a midfielder, he plays the position extremely well and the coaching staff are aware of this. Isolate him and hopefully he will deliver.

Apparently Dunn is fit again whcih is suprising. This tall position could be filled by a couple Holland, Bizzel or even Newton or Garland. Really is just there for another option.

The 2 half forwards will need to work hard to cover ground something whcih im not so sure they can do.

Anywya how do u think we will line up

Pfft. He hasn't played forwardline for 3 years. He's been a good player in the midfield and is far from our worst over the past two weeks. We need him as a run with player.

F: Davey Sylvia Dunn
HF: Yze Miller Green
That's just about what I'd have except reverse the HFF & FF lines. Keep Davey close to F50.

Let Sylvia lead up mark and kick long ditto Dunn. Play Miller close so he can split the packs.

Have White, Jamar, Yze, Green and Bruce rotating thru midfield/rucks and the pocket.

Dunn is injured still and even if he was right he should come back through Sandy.

Sylvia is prodominately an on-baller who can rest forward. I would like to see him spend most of his time in the middle.

I wouldn't mind trying a smaller full-forward line but for that to work we have to move the ball quickly. Would anyone else like to see Aaron Davey play Full Forward ala Mark Williams. With Daveys pace he should be able to get marks and is a pretty good set shot a goal.

Williams is a fantastic reader of the play from Full Forward. i'm not sosure about davey

HF- Sylvia Miller Davey

F- Green White Yze

Lets take a chance and load up. Jamar to intimidate Blake in the ruck and smash into him. Miller to stay where I believe he plays his best footy as a lead up CHF. Attack the game with Whitey at FF and have the silk of Davey, Green and Yze at ground level with Greeny the lead up player. Sylvia just be Sylvia and attack the footy and the man. We have got to get the ball to Yze early and get him going.

Let's try something a bit different

FF: Green Garland Davey
HF: Sylvia Miller Bate

Yze still has to play. Davey isn't in form, Garland might struggle first up and Bate isn't 100% solid.

It is good to take risk but one must also have a backup.

Yze will play... too much experience missing... might be a chance to show some leadership.

In the team I listed I'd have had Yze coming in off the bench. I probably should have mentioned that :p

Bloody Sylvia isn't playing. I was really looking forward to watching him :( Not too fussed about Garland, he'll get his turn.

thats a very fast half forward line i dont know who geelong can play on miller as we dont have any really fast kp backs egans to slow scarlet ful back? i

Egan will almost certainly play on Miller. Has controlled him when we've played, if I recall correctly. Scarlett will go with whichever ruckman is put at FF, probably.

I think we have to go small in the forward line. Bizzell, davey, Yze, Bate and maybe we can keep PJ or Jamar very very deep. And i dont think miller should play forward i think he should play as a enforcer and make sure mooney shuts up.

I don't think there's anyone alive who would actually be intimidated by Miller. It's like that game two years ago when he and Green went out and tried to rough up St. Kilda and pretty much got laughed off the field.

Whereas Mooney is clearly unbalanced and likely to pull out a gun and start firing into the crowd at any minute.

As borne out by Mooney's two huge shepherds (esp. one on Jones) and Miller's negligible influence on the game.
