Maybe the AFL are actually asking Richmond do create a white clash but they are refusing - Everton Lion's anecdote about the Lions wanting a yellow clash springs to mind.

When it is so inclined, the AFL does not ask - it tells.

Having said that, there'd be nothing to stop Richmond from debuting a one-off special jumper against Port in 2015 that magically was so popular it became the full-time clash in 2016. Life's funny like that sometimes.

As a Souths fan I can understand the whole "sidepanels make it an away (guern)sey" argument, but come on. Souths introduced an alternate kit which we wear once in a blue moon, no one bitches and moans because it's just an alternate kit. Harden up Richmond, either bring your inverse kit in, or bring back the stripes or hoops, put some names on it and call it a "Heritage" guernsey. Sidepanels do not a clash kit make.

This is a medium size, and has the GPS patch on the back so this would be it. Noticeably bigger than the Puma jumpers, as there is almost a full gold "hoop" on the back, and the previous medium Puma jumper had no 2nd gold "hoop" on the back at all.

Side on view looks atrocious. I cannot comprehend why BLK would cut the stripes early. Is that how Adelaide wants them? If so, why?
