Also need to consider the role itself - "Head of List Management".

How much player analysis, trading, drafting etc. is he actually going to be doing, vs. coordinating the efforts of our actual List Manager (Agresta), National Recruiting Manager (Brodie) and Coach (Teague)?

He may have a deciding vote in some situations, but I suspect his role will be more about oversight and balancing the various needs (list spots, TPP, positional requirements, trade targets, draftees, F/S and academy considerations etc.). Brodie, Agresta and Teague will all have their own preferences, Austin is presumably the circuit-breaker when things don't line up neatly for all parties.
