Has the club replaced Fantasia yet?

I was reading the last pages of the other thread on Fantasia moving to the SANFL and somebody made an interesting comment. The comment was that Robert Shaw was not a good coach, but that his recruiting was first class.

If that is the case, what are people's thoughts on hiring Shaw for the recruiting job?
