Not good. No harm done really. Where do people see Maric in the future of the demons?
AFL fines Demons youngster for betting on game

MELBOURNE youngster Addam Maric has been fined $5000 under AFL player regulations for placing a $100 bet on Collingwood to defeat the Western Bulldogs in round 15.
The 19-year-old notified the League of his bet through club football manager Chris Connolly after attending a gambling education session conducted by the AFL Players' Association (AFLPA) last week.
The AFL confirmed in a statement that Maric and a friend were betting on racing at the time, when his friend asked him to place a bet for him on the match.
He did so without considering the AFL regulations that players cannot bet on AFL matches and the League has accepted Maric's version of events.
AFL football operations manager Adrian Anderson said the League had conducted a thorough investigation into the matter, which included analysing betting records.
He added the AFL had taken into account that Maric had immediately come forward upon realising he had breached competition rules.
