Reckon we have lost a top 10 player in the league based on his influence. You just can't expect Lycett or Vardy to bring to the table what he does. I really really hope this isn't an ACL; he'll likely miss all of 2019 as well. That's two-and-a-half years of his career gone.

Lycett and Vardy are still a better ruck combo than most, but this is cruel. Nic isn't just a gun player, but probably the nicest dude in the AFL. It ain't right.

I didn’t see the presser but Simmo needs to keep it together and keep positive in front of the boys.

He generally does, but you could tell this time he just struggled to keep his emotions down. Not a fan of players, coaches being interviewed straight after a heavy blow. They wanted to go straight to Kelly too when he missed that crucial goal..just stinks of vulture.
