Agreed. Nick's mind doesn't quite seem to be on the job of late. Getting Aker though means needing to win a premiership in the next 3 years. Now that's fine with me, but is it actually possible?

We don't need another small forward - rather see Dog out, Chappy and Stokes stay in the forward 50 and the likes of Prismall, Byrnes or Tenace elevated.
