Doesn't fit under the criteria as he was 21 as of January 1, 2005.
Julian Rowe will get nominated later on this year, and have to contend with Kepler Bradley for the award. Jules will be a standout this season, could have our first Rising Star since Nathan Buckley in 1993, too bad he was a Brisbane Bear.
