As in a pantomime, opposition supporters yell: "Behind you! He's behind you!" Too late, he's dispossessed and the Tiges have a goal as all the fans call: "COTCHA!"

Gotta go with Rancid. Love it, rolls off the tongue beautifully. And he'll have a good soundtrack. Maybe we can call him Ruby...

As for Putt, golf terms are a little clever, especially when the guy has a built-in nickname recalling another of the great Seinfeld characters: Putty. Simple but effective. Newman and Putty. Now all we need is a Jerry, George, Elaine (Petts?) and Kramer (or Cosmo - maybe a new nickname for Richo?) and we'll have the set.

Don't know about a nickname but whenever Putt kicks for goal we can all yell out "FOURRRRRRRRR!"
