Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
Boyd was really good this year and if we had another backline injury she’d be more than handy, even with Flash being available. Don’t think being close to 30 is going to be a bar when our list has a lot of top aged players and we are still in flag contention. That with 2 retirements (Shierlaw, wright) should be our list changes mostly done
Then it’s one more change needed the only options i see are delisting Mahony as KLWT is an upgrade
Or letting go boyd (last in first out and 29 in March) or trading Slocombe but hopefully we convince her to stay
A few of us bf types were there.Anyone at the bnf - who’s given the celebration a good go

find that hard to believe but if so then both mahony and boyd definitely delisted to make spaceA few of us bf types were there.
One of them just getting home minus pants and passport, the others at work.
The Mayor of Melbourne was there presenting the keys to Melbourne (to NMFC), fairly sure he had a few bags before going on his spiel.
Interesting take from one of the coaches regarding the player requesting a trade to NM and the lack of talent in the draft.
Shierlaw and Wright apparently going on next year.
Ferg the best after hours performer according to most of the playing group, N7 agrees.
Kane Garner in the dunnies yelling 5-peat.
Bella, Amy, Gatty, JFerg - all great to talk to and appreciative of the support.
Luke72 will add more later.
Boyd was a replacement player and can’t be included in any trade, that is my understanding anyway as she isn’t one of our contracted 30.find that hard to believe but if so then both mahony and boyd definitely delisted to make space
maybe pick 19 and boyd for KLWT and a later pick
Thanks mateA few of us bf types were there.

. Actually, it was Martin who went on the Inactive List, wasn't it.Boyd, as an Inactive Replacement player, is part of the squad of 30. Can be traded or re-signed, and is not automatically delisted at season's end (this is different to a Top Up Player who only temporarily joins the squad when player availability drops to 23).
For Wright to come back into the squad, we would need to trade/delist at least 4 players (more, if we bring others in).
Future first for KLWTSo what’s the plan here? How are we acquiring KLWT?
Second round pick I hope. Most don’t think she is worth a first rounder. So what’s the plan here? How are we acquiring KLWT?
I’d say Carlton F1 would be the centrepiece of the dealSo what’s the plan here? How are we acquiring KLWT?
The afl will ensure it’s a first rounder, would never hear the end of it if we got her on the cheap.Second round pick I hope. Most don’t think she is worth a first rounder.
