i normally do around 2 hours of running and one hour of shooting plus an hour of a game against my team mates.

Brook is a team that gonna cause the heat a lot of problem
since you can't cover one player since their starting line up is clutch!

teams that are physically we will cares heat problems since they don't have that centre to take them on and since a lot of the players are older
the younger teams will get a head of them since they don't develop kids in that side.
