At this stage I'm taking a soft draw rather than plenty of prime time games... if it means retruning to finals... but not sure will help with current coaching group.

We badly need smarter football people in senior roles as our club... asap!

No apologies necessary I agree with you. The coach has been really disappointing. I had hope he was turning the corner, but that was misplaced

If by some miracle he decides to make real changes… well things can be retrieved, but it is maddening to see the same mistakes being made repeatedly and a sheer unwillingness to address/fix them.

I'm pretty confident this is true of almost nobody. Certainly I've never met a Crows fan who would rather win Showdowns than make the finals, let alone win finals.

People are just excited about winning Showdowns because there's not much else to celebrate.

I know this is way off topic but speaking of Facebook Nuffies - I watched a Doco/Movie the other day on Foxtel called "They call him Mostly Harmless" - Absolutely insane how nuffy the Facebook people get.

Yeah that's not valuing Showdown wins over finals though. That's celebrating a win against a rival despite the fact that someone tries to play down its significance, and I think even most pretty negative fans will do that to some degree.

I still think those people would generally prefer to make finals over winning Showdowns.
