He was a bit small minded in his goals IMO, especially near the end. A man who was entirely self satisfied and seemed more interested in stroking his own ego and living off being the better side in SA than actually winning a premiership.

What really shits me is the lying with a straight face to which they’ve been caught out multiple times this year.

So you can bet if it’s not with a bookmaker then? Thats a pretty massive loophole the AFL allows and actively uses - go put you $10k at whatever odds with a friend taking the bet. If that person turns around and puts the players money with a bookmaker for the same bet, how is it the players business?

Just say you ****ed up, wasn’t intended to be seen as a beach but just a bit of fun, but understood how it looks and won’t do it again.
