Its simple, Andrew Dillon broke the rules and could actively have a hand in manipulating outcomes such as a draw to help provide the desired results. He should resign. Andy D was an incredibly shit administrator with his bias but at least he was competent. Dillon just seems to be a stop gap mercy hire as no one else wanted the job internally. He has been shit, he is turning the AFL back in time to its 1980s amateur hour best. He has no vision for the game other than to PR his way around like a stumbling fool.

On a side note

Who the living **** is advising players to self report? The AFLPA needs to send a message to players it is not in your interest.

At no stage has the AFL aside from a side sentence in its punishment PR has shown any indication that self reporting plays any part in the final outcome of the punishment. If its not a crime, dont self report! its that ****ing simple. You will get screwed because the AFL only cares about optics. The player is not and never will be protected by the AFL on these kind of matters. PR will always win out.

Do not self report. Make the amateur corrupt ****ers in AFL house do their ****ing jobs, dont do it for them. It achieves nothing.
