I wonder if you go a mix.I know the Crows had some decent flogging’s in the SANFL when the injury list was bad a few years ago but jeez nothing like this from the poor WAFL Eagles…

Annoying that this is pretty much one of the main reasons the National reserve league hasn’t been/won’t be brought in
We wanted to keep him, he chose to leave.Yep we ****ed that one up, imagine him in our midfield now
Networks love themI can’t understand why they aren’t a permanent fixture, must be a ratings hit
False equivalence. Going in to bat for a young player facing booing every week, and obviously being a rock for him during game day, is not something to criticise.I don't recall Hinkley being upset and outraged when his supporterbase were throwing bananas at Aboriginal players. STFU you moron.
Yeah, I think he is a little ungrateful, or just can't move on from the camp.Yeah I love Eddie but most of the times when he speaks about us it feels like it's a bit forced positive/obligatory just to not upset a huge fan base. Hopefully I'm wrong and reading into things a bit much.

He was sending a message with that scarf.
He was in Adelaide, at the AO, where Adelaide was playing Carlton, and he wore a Carlton scarf.
Definitely a deliberate mive, and everyone watching that would have thought the same thing.
I know a guy who is quite in with Carlton. When Eddie left Carlton to come to us he cried because he didn't want to leave. This guy spoke to Eddie after he had signed to us and he told him that he begged Carlton to just offer him a little bit more and he would stay. I think either he only wanted 30k a year more, or that he would stay for 30k less than we offered him, can't remember exactly.
But he never wanted to leave, and was hurt by them because they just did not value him.

Hinkley has many flaws, but the way he has been the protective barrier for JHF is admirable.

Cooor... I've had a few hard luck stories this year, but this is just... ugh!
Apparently he went across to say g’day to the Crows supporter group. He’s a good bloke is Eddie. Not all past players are going to go for us. Asking Eddie to not wear a Carlton Scarfe for our game is like asking Scott Hodges to not be a Power fan. Eddie no doubt looks back at his time in Adelaide with fond memories. He made a lot of friends. The camp doesn't play on his mind as much as we think it does. It was only a chapter in his book and he hasn't talked about it since.
Was only a week or two ago Eddie was talking about how Silvers and co from AFC had been keeping in touch with him, how many friends he still has here and how he'd be happy for his kids to play at Adelaide. I wouldn't read anything into itYeah, I think he is a little ungrateful, or just can't move on from the camp.

Incorrect post, the biggest reason I would boo. In relation to the Goldstein situationso the booing started last year then?so the booing started last
It’s simply not the case. That was a 90s joke and true at that time . Things have changed significantly since then.I come back regularly... why are you offended that most business close very early in adelaide?
Say what?We wanted to keep him, he chose to leave.
you are correct - you are notI'm sure I'm not the only one to notice. View attachment 1663097

The more you tell people not to boo JHF, the more they will bop JHF.
And why hasn't Ken told his fans to stop booing Tex every time he touches the ball? It's been happening the last 10 years and king Ken hasn't said a thing.
I thought they were booing Saad at one stage too, but apparently they were doing a woof or something because of his kick.
