Ha ha that photo look like something out of ConeheadsThey were just showing the Gold Coast ANZAC Day jumper on TV.
Immediately reminded me how Kochie chose Gold Coast as their China opponent. Then on the eve of the match suddenly realised their jumper has the same colours as the Chinese flag.

Nope, incorrect.Didn’t he also wanted a 5 year contract and we baulked on that?
Brad had a contract on the table and the club withdrew it.I don't remember it even getting to that stage. We refused to match a 5 year deal, but we were reported a month out (when he got down for a bit of powder) that we put contract talks on hold and had refused to talk money. Plus Crouch had gone to the media in July-August that he wanted to stay at Adelaide.
I think it's safe to say we were hellbent on forcing Brad to leave because we wanted that draft pick.
Maybe if we keep booing JHF he'll keep getting hugs from big daddy Ken Hinkley and he'll add Ken's name to his own becoming Jason Horne-Francis-Hinkley
Of course it would have nothing to do with hubby who just happens to be JHF's manager...

I think booing JHF is incredibly immature. Surely we are better than that?
Yep, doesn’t matter how old you are, but to be boo’d when ever you play, especially for a 19 year old, would affect you.I think booing JHF is incredibly immature. Surely we are better than that?

You’re not booing an unsportsmanlike act or a poor umpiring decision, you’re intentionally booing someone on a national stage to make their life a misery.
Odd thing to do and to condone.
Yes. Cynically grabbing cash for the RSL. How evil.Port with a one off guernsey for Anzac Round. What a cynical cash grab![]()

Why no Gather Round jumper?
Think your club missed a trick, ours looked great.
After port takes out a “management fee” like it does for all its charity programsYes. Cynically grabbing cash for the RSL. How evil.
Can't drive to Perth from Eastern states in reality just to watch football. Flying is okay for some but families, cheer squads etc might find it expensive compared to driving over to Adelaide. AFL said 60,000 tickets sold to interstate fans this year. I'm not sure if that many would fly to Perth.Gather Round would def be a huge hit in Perth. Good point about timezone tho.
Still they are used to getting screwed with Sunday arvo timeslots and 530pm Friday "night" games so wouldnt notice.
They have to be next cab off rank. Would sell out Optus Stadium every day no doubt.
