No way is he the right coach for Richmond. The recruiting has been absolutely shit and they modeled their game style to copy another team.
No idea why you would copy the premiership teams game style when you clearly don't have the playing group to do it. Should have worked out a way to defend against it, instead of destroying a club which should have been young.

GWS have some massive ins this weekend and surely if they lose the board have to do something. You don't throw full support behind the coach with the way their season is going.

I like this guy, and I like this group.

Couldn't agree more.

Was disappointed we didn't give him the nod after Sheedy.. no doubt Richmond isn't working right now.. but still think Dimma has a good coaching brain and would be a very valuable addition to the coaching panel..

I like Dimma as well, he was one of my favourites as a player and i was devastated when he crossed to port.

But, what does he bring to the table? I wouldn't call him a great defensive mind, and it's been his planning that's buggered their forward line, and you wouldn't exactly say he's a crack development coach either.
